G.E. Mathis Company is renowned throughout the Midwest for our ability to produce high quality precision formed steel products.

This custom formed steel section was challenging because of the length of the piece. Utilizing some of the longest forming capabilities in the industry, we plasma cut A240-T304SS stainless steel and formed the piece using our 1,000 ton press brake. The final dimensions of the part were 3/4″ thick x 20″ wide x 240″ long. Holding tightest tolerances of ±.093, we produced 25 pieces of this component part that was to be used in a mining application.
