End Dump trailers, also called “End Dumps” for short, are used to transport and unload aggregate materials, such as rock, sand and soil. They are typically composed of abrasion resistant and high strength steels. They are especially useful for construction, mining, landscape, agriculture and forestry applications.

Making sidewalls in one piece to the length can help reduce time in fit-up, assembly, and welding, removing up to 12 circumferential weld seams per trailer.

Hardox® 450 is an abrasion-resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 450 HBW. It combines good formability and weldability with guaranteed impact toughness.

You can reduce the weight of your trailer by using high strength steel Frame rails, which allow you to get the same strength out of thinner material.

Strenx® 110 XF is a thermomechanically rolled steel at 110 ksi made for cold forming, and used for light and heavy transportation components and solutions.
